AICE Media Studies

The first pitch is: “A woman comes home to realize her door is unlocked. She goes inside, not knowing someone else is inside, and sees her roommate dead.” The second pitch: “Two teenagers learn about the mystery of the Fort Lauderdale Fortune. They go on a journey to uncover the truth.” The third pitch: “ A businesswoman having a regular night with her baby goes to shower and comes back to her baby missing from the crib.” We have decided to go with the second pitch as it will be the most feasible to film and edit. It also seems the most exciting as there is so much to do in the city of Fort Lauderdale, allowing us to do the most job of a journey. Also, our old projects are similar to the first and third pitches. The second pitch will allow us to use much more camera angles and movements as well as mis-en-scene.   The time has come again, and my favorite step of the project picking my group. From an audience standpoint, I have always enjoyed films.  My favorite films are  Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows  and  Black Panther . I think these timeless cinematic masterpieces will live forever in fans' hearts. And I believe my group would agree with me in saying that.  I chose to take this class again because I enjoyed it so thoroughly last year and wanted the same amount of fun for my last year of high school.  I love working in groups because I am a natural leader and love to take charge, and I am looking forward to this filming project.     I hope to achieve a project that goes beyond expectations.  I choose to work with Britanique Simpson and Sienna Zimmerman.   Hello, to whoever may be reading this. It's still Ashleigh Miller, and I'm still 17. However, I'm now taking AICE Media Studies A Level. A few facts about me are that my favorite color is black, and most of my time is taken up by the school. I'm currently Student Government President. It's presently a lot and giving me some stress... the workload is a lot more than my previous duties. I don't have much free time, but the time I do have is spent on gardening, volunteering, self-care, and driving. I have big plans for my future, though.    I want to attend a top school in Central Florida and get a master's degree in Hospitality Management. From there, I know I want to work on a cruise for at least five years and see where that takes me. My favorite thing to do is plan. So, I'm hoping to be in charge of the entertainment aspect of a cruise. I'm a Sagittarius, so it's my nature to yearn to travel and learn about the world as much as possible. Place
